Finally the wet weather has gone !! The course is slowly drying out and we are working on getting our golf game back on track, with our third attempt at starting our Championships about to get underway on Thursday. It looks like being a bit cool but dry!! The first day of our Championships will also include the July Monthly Medal. You can play one two or three days hopefully all three ! The last day there will be a draw for positions for the first eight players in both divisions to be done after play on Tuesday 23rd July the rest of the field will then be able to enter their names for Round 3 of our Championships. And now to the results of our game played on Thursday the 11 th.
We played a Single Stableford with still very soggy conditions.
Winner today was Nancy Douglas with 37 points and Runnerup was Pauline Benny with 35 points. There were 7 people in the rundown went down to 31. NTP winners were: Pat Hodda, Myra Biggar, Alison Blair, Lisa Smith, and Kaye Mills won the Pro Pin.
