73 players strode the Banora fairways today. A beautiful sunny day, perfect fairways, good greens and scores to match the conditions.
We have had computer trouble again, it took us ages to get the final results report. We had trouble getting all the birdies to print out, and because of that we were not able to have the Birdie Blitz today.
Today was a 4BBB Stableford, when scoring your card, you do not need to put both players scores on the card. Example, if you are putting for a 2 pointer and your partner is already in for 2 points or better, pick up, because that is your teams best score. If you are putting for a Birdie, have your putt even if your partner might have a 3 pointer, because you are still trying to get on the Birdie Blitz. By picking up when not needing to putt will quicken up play.
