Surely with the events of the weekend and recent weeks (rain etc) and the ongoing condition of the course there was nothing going to cause improvement of the course condition over Sunday night! Therefore, the banning of carts for today (Monday) is a decision that could really have been made and posted yesterday (Sunday)?
