Well, I think we had the first taste of Summer. Hot and very humid. 65 players sweated their way around the course, and looking at the scores, the morning players had the best of it. With six major placing’s over the 3 grades, 5 went to the morning players.
Before I get onto the winners, we seem to have a shortage of sand buckets. Over the last 3 weeks, when the afternoon players start their round, their are no sand buckets to use. If any one who might have any stored in their cart shed or mistakenly taken any home, could you please return them.
At the time of writing this, we have 1 spot left for our Christmas party. Don’t miss out, get on to the tee times sheet and book in, or ring the Pro Shop and they will book you in.

Joke of the day
The wife come home after a great game of golf, and she can’t wait to tell her husband about it. She walks into the house and he has a fly swatter in his hand. The wife says, “What are you doing”? Husband says, “Killing flies, I’ve killed 5 already, 3 males and 2 females.” She says, “How can you tell?” He says, “The 3 males were on the beer can, and the 2 females were on the phone.”
