Fine but very windy conditions greeted us today. 75 players made up a good field. We had 4 Visitors playing with us today, and they were Luke Wallis from Coolie-Tweed, David Hunter, Tenterfield, and Stephen Pettyfor and James Wilsen both from Eastwood GC Victoria. We also had 12 of our members that went out and played at Tenterfield G.C. on both Saturday and Sunday.
Hopefully this Saturday weather permitting , we will be having our Foursome Championship. Please get there by 7.15 am, and pay your money ($20), and at 7.30 we will have a brief explanation on the rules for the Championship.

“Hang it all, Harry, you can’t expect me to pay that!” The two golfers were discussing a bill that Harry, the hospital administrator had sent to Bill, a recent father for the first time. “I mean Harry, $250 for the use of the delivery room. It’s just not on, old man. You know I didn’t get the wife there in time and the baby was born on the hospital’s front lawn.” Harry leant over, took the bill, crossed out the offending entry and substituted another. “Greens fee $250,” it read.
