Wet is an understatement! It was difficult to find a dry area to drop yesterday if you were off the fairway. Quite a few times I found it was better to prefer your lie and play from where we would normally take casual water relief. Those members that played yesterday would all agree that the decision not to have carts on was totally justified! Preferred Lies work for most of the field with roughly 40% playing to their handicap or better.
