After looking at the field sheet on Thursday we had 92 players but with the threat of rain on Saturday the field went down to 74. So 74 players started today, on what was a little taste of Summer. You couldn’t ask for a better day.

For those who don’t know, there will be no golf until at least SUNDAY 22nd August due to the Covid State lockdown. We will still endeavour to play our Club Championship starting Saturday 4th September, playing 4 straight Saturday’s in the month. Saturday the 4th September will also be our Monthly Medal. Our Foursome Championship, have been set down on 9th October, with our October Monthly Medal will be played on Saturday 23rd October.

A twosome were playing on the 9th green when one collapsed from a Heart Attack. “Please, I need help,” the man on the ground said.
