Several of us did turn up to play golf today , while we watched and waited names kept disappearing from the time sheet and the showers kept coming even though the radar was showing it was going to stop which it did but not soon enough, so we cancelled the competition then the rain stopped and not another drop.
Meanwhile Myra Kaye and I decided to use our time wisely and the time sheet is all set up for our championships on the 20th. Your names are down for the first two days in your divisions but not in any particular order The Thursday booking page will be up tonight at 6.00 pm and the next Tuesday is the same, the third round will be put up after the results are calculated after Tuesdays game.
The grades are Div 1 :0-24, Div 2: 24- 30, Div 3: 31- 45. This makes each division more equal in number.
It was a shame we couldn’t have our OBE day today we have rescheduled it for next Thursday and changed the game to a single stableford.
