At last one good day with no rain , not much wind and not cold!!
Today we paid tribute to all our Over Eighty Ladies, we all hope to reach that milestone and still be playing golf!!
We played a Single Stableford with the OBE Ladies playing for their own prize and a nearest the pin on the 16 th and the rest of the field played for a winner and r/up and then everyone played for the other ntp’s and the rundown.
Winner of the OBE Ladies was Peggy Williams with 38 points she also won the special NTP on the 16 th.
The other winners were Marilyn Burns with 40 points and runner/up was Alison Blair with 37 points.

We are looking forward to finally getting started on our Club Championships on Thursday 20 th October. The year is racing away , the next event is Melbourne Cup day We hope to play a Fourball a mixed and a ladies event but we need some show of interest if enough people want to participate we can have some food and the usual cup festivities.
