Well now we only have twoThursdays left for this year !! Next Thursday is a 2 person Ambrose and our Xmas game is a two stroke Canadian.
Xmas party day is a shotgun start at 8 am . The draw is on the website now, it is a free day – golf, lunch and a drink or two – you only have to pay your pro pin entry if you want ! Food is the same as last year —marinated chicken and beef on a stick with salads followed by various sweet goodies from our ladies, let us know if anyone has any food allergies etc .
We will have our usual Xmas hampers and hams , tickets on sale on the day . Donations for the hampers are very welcome.
The next lot of club shirts are now ready with logos done! The third order is underway , if anyone wants any more shirts I will do one more order after that you will always be able to contact MaryLou at Lady Golf Wear yourself , there is plenty of material left!
Now to this weeks game we played a 4 ball Aggregrate it’s a bit tricky having 2 cards and working out who to swap cards with, we’ll get used to it !!
The winners were Judy Mount and June McFadden with a wonderful 83 points , runners up also with a great score of 77 were Daphne Andersen and Bev Culpitt .The full results are on the website so I won’t repeat them all again here!
Trivia Time: When your shot has to carry over a water hazard you can either hit one more club or two more balls!!🤣🤣
