State of Origin Mixed Single Stableford 14th July 2024
State Vs State – NSW Vs QLD
Players came out in their teams’ colours and vehicles were decorated. The stakes were high as everyone played for their state. The Queenslanders outnumbered the New South Welshmen and the scores were adjusted to suit. However, the winning team took out the honours with over 30 points more. Congratulations Queensland! It wasn’t enough to help our boys get over the line the following Wednesday night, but we could bask in our own glory for a few days.
Our overall individual Stableford winner was Kaye Mills with 41 points and just pipped Patrick who came home with an equally awesome score of 40 points.
