Woohoo! 3 days of sunshine and a beautiful course to play on. Firstly a big well done to Gary and his team for getting the course back to fine form. 85 in the field today.

Div 2: Winner: Kym Fiora (20) with 39 points, Runner Up: Raymond Wixey (34) with 37 points.

If you know your opponent and want to get your match out of the way. Please make contact with that player to arrange and agree on day to play the match. The match must be played within that round week of the match play championship, Just make sure to post the winner on the match play sheet or text me the result.

After round 1, if you are unable to play or make a match. You will forfeit and your opponent will move to the next round.

Weather will be a big factor and fingers crossed we can get some consecutive weeks of play in. Last year the match play championship dragged out over 2 months.

The tee bookings for the above players will be updated on the blog and in the tee time booking sheet by monday. Please be aware of your time as it might be different to your usual time slot.

Mens April Monthly Medal

A beautiful day. Carts on, very minimal rain. The April monthly medal was hottly contested, with many low scores coming in. A Big congratulations to everyone who broke their handicap. A big shout of to the green staff for getting the course up and running and looking good again.

A Grade (+1 to 12): Winner: Kane Prior (6) with a 66. Runner up: Sam Benny (10) 68. Gross Winner: Garry Dowding (+1) 70.

B Grade (13 to 19): Winner: Charlie Huff (16) 69. Runner up: Darren Hubery (18) with 70. Gross Winner: Ken Mount (16) with a 87.

APRIL – Men’s M/Medal / Match Play Qaulifier

With weather permitting and a to be confirmed status on carts allowed on course, this will change the format of the day. If the call is made that no carts on course. We will have some form of competition for the walkers who want to play.

NO Carts = Competition change to single stableford and monthly medal / Match Play Qaulifier pushed back to next week.

If carts are on, we proceed as normal. If you wish to enter then the 2025 Club Banora Matchplay Championship, please put a (M) on your score card. The top 16 best scores on the monthly medal round make the cut.
