Its with great sadness that I announce the passing of a much loved and adored member of Club Banora Family. Rosie Connally Passed away peacefully last night with family by her side.
Rosie was a past vice president and secretary and a much loved member of the club. Her presence and sharp sense of humour will be greatly missed.
More details to follow regarding the funeral arrangements.
We love you Rosie and will miss you dearly.

Results of last weeks game held on 17 th July.
We played a Single Stableford and the winner was Judy Mount with 41 points. The Runner up was Peggy Williams with 37 points.
Players in the rundown were: June McFadden 37, Diane Hughes 36, Desleigh Dobney 35, Denise Melling 34, Helen Evans 34, Pat Hodda 32, Coral Rasmussen 32, Kaye Mills 32, Christine Waghorn 32, Marilyn Berryman 32 and Vivienne Sulejmani 32.
Ntp winners were: Div 1 on the 7 th : Liz Edwards, Div 2 Diane Hughes. On the 16 th : Div 1 Liz Edwards and Div 2 Thelma Roffey. The PRO PIN was won by June McFadden.
Coming up this week we have our Annual Pink Lady Day : a Team of Four Best 3 scores to count. In conjunction will be the single game for the Pink Ball!
A GOLD COIN Donation is requested before you play and afterwards we will have our Pink Themed Raffle!
Next week 31st July a Canadian 2stroke with a twist : book in your group and we will decide who your partner will be .
Thursday 7th August will be our 6 th and last Monthly Medal for the year.
Thursday 14 th August we are due to play our Foursomes Championships!!
Thursday 21 st August will be our Ladies Keno 2 person Ambrose.

SATURDAY MEN’S KENO QUALIFIER RESULTS
The Mens Keno qualifier is done and dusted for another year. 26 teams contested the Keno 2man Ambrose event today on a beautifuly prepare course thanks to Brendon and his team. Ive never seen the course and greens looking so amazing. Full credit to the green staff for all the effort you put in brining the course back to its very best. Congratulations to all the winners. In the next few days the Qualifiers will be advised. Once all results from the Ladies and mixed teams play their rounds.
Winner: Wayne Muir & Garry Dowding (5.5) with a nett score of 59.5.
Runner up: Liam Henzell & Ed Brierley (10) with a Nett score of 61.75.
Ball rundown went to 64.75 all in.

Men’s Keno Qaulifier
Saturday the 19th of July is the Keno 2man Ambrose Qaulifier round. The course has been prepared and is ready for a fun day of golf.
Playing off the blue markers.
Men’s golf will be sponsoring teams that want to enter the event. Its $10 per team but Men’s golf will cover this. You will still need to pay green fees and comp fees.
Each player must use at least 6 tee shots during the round and mark those tee shots on the card.
Ball must be placed within 15cms of the marker on the green (not nearer the hole)
Ball must be marked & placed within 1 club length thru the green. On the same surface. Not rough to fair way etc. (Not nearer to the hole)
Please make sure before you pay that your playing partner is correct. On the booking sheet. Player 1 and player 2 is team 1. Player 3 and player 4 are team 2. Please ensure you are happy with the partner you have booked in with or advise the Tim before the commencement of play. We will not be reprinting cards.
The Qaulifiers will be notified on the dates for the next round.
